COVID-19 Drive Thru Swab Test

Transfer payment online and upload your Proof of Payment. Cashless transaction is preferred at the Drive Thru.
Proceed to the Drive Thru at your Appointment Time.
If you are doing the swab for travelling purpose, a SIMKA report will be available (A Japanese government report will be available for those travelling to Japan) Kindly inform our swab team of your destination during the swab test.
Once done, stay isolated, keep your face mask on until the report is ready.
Within 24 hours, a system-generated report will be auto emailed to you. A physical copy of the report signed by our medical officer will be available upon request.
